How early can I arrive for my booking?

  • Doors open for your booking 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Please keep in mind that there may be a rental prior attempting to load out.

Do I get any set-up Breakdown time?

  • Your set up and break down time needs to be included into your rental block. We allow a 10 minute load-in / load-out time as a transition period between rentals. Note: If you book a one hour shoot with your client, we recommend a 2 hour block at the studio. Example: (15-30 setup, 1 hour shoot, 15-30 breakdown)

Where can I park?

  • We have our own parking lot behind our brick building. If the lot happens to be full, we do have additional parking next to us and across the street. If you have a large rental (more than 10 people) please let us know so we can make arrangements.

Will someone be there to open up for me?

  • Yes, one of us or a member of our staff will open up for your rental. We do not give out door codes unless it’s an emergency or unique situation; the back door will automatically unlock 10 minutes prior to your scheduled START time.

What If I need to reschedule my booking?

  • Anything more than 48 hour before your booking, we do offer a one-time courtesy reschedule at no cost. We understands things happen. AFTER that one time courtesy, a $25 rescheduling fee will be applied. Anything less than 12 hours prior to your booking or during your booking time, rescheduling is unavailable and you’re liable for the full amount. Our full rescheduling and cancellation policy can be found here.

Is the curve solid / sturdy enough to stand on?

  • The curve on the Cyclorama is NOT made to support weight. You MUST keep off of it and be responsible for your talent to keep off of it at all times. If us or our staff as to repeatedly ask you to not step on the curve, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Damage to the Cyclorama will result in fines and or termination of rental.

Will you guys help me during my shoot?

  • We like to have a hands-off approach to our rentals. Make sure you’ve got what you need and let you do your thing so that way you can establish the relationship you need with your client. If you need technical help during your session, i.e setting up your camera, replicating a lighting setup, setting up lights. We do offer an assistant option that you can add on during check out and then we’re able to assist during your rental.

What’s the largest prop/item I’m able to fit through your doorway?

  • We have a double wide door in the front of the building that’s able to accommodate the max dimensions of 83” tall and 70” wide. Keep in mind we do have about a 4” step to get to the level of the studio floor from the sidewalk so larger / heavier items may require a ramp.

Do you guys have a roll-up door / Can a vehicle fit in your space?

  • We do not have a roll up door. The only vehicles that can fit in the studio are motorcycles. Our front doors open double wide and bikes are able to squeeze through. Please note once inside bikes must be off.

Do you guys allow glitter/confetti/ powder?

  • Large confetti is okay, please check with us beforehand. The tubes that pop confetti are also okay. We do need to approve them prior since  some also shoot out powder. No fine glitter and please contact us about color powder productions.

Can I bring my own food/drinks (including alcohol) to the studio?

  • Absolutely! We also have a fridge for guest use if you need to keep anything cold as well as a microwave to reheat.
